At FK Wears, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Products:
   If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the order. Please include photos of the damage and your order details to ensure a smooth return process. Once approved, we will guide you through the return.
2. Return Window:
   Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the item was purchased on sale or with a discount, only the amount paid will be refunded.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Standard Shipping:
   Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7 working days. In some cases, due to unforeseen delays, delivery may take between 7-20 days.
2. Shipping Delays:
   While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary due to external factors beyond our control. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at wearsfk@gmail.com. Include your order number, details about the product, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, certain products such as customized pieces, and final sale items are non-returnable.
